South India Startup Award (SISA 2019) invites nominations from startups and entrepreneurs

Addressing the media in this regard, Naveen Krishna, the founder of Rowdra on Saturday said that the “South Indian Start-up Awards - SISA 2019 is being planned to promote and motivate young entrepreneurs.

“While the awards are presented under 30 categories and the award will be given to the most successful and emerging entrepreneurs in each category. Young entrepreneurs can nominate their start-up companies at www.sisawards.com for the award which will be presented in December in a ceremony”, Nawin said. 

“SISA 2019 will be followed by a South Indian Conclave, which will be attended by entrepreneurs representing the South Indian startup companies. Young entrepreneurs in the industry can receive career consultations from experts in the industry” he added. 

“The Inter-State Start-Up payanam is to be held in association with young entrepreneurs and experienced entrepreneurs in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. About 40 young entrepreneurs are scheduled to take part in the 5-day tour in a bus. The tour, which will start on November 19 in Bangalore and tour through Chennai, Mysore, Sathyamangalam, Erode, Tirupur, Pollachi and Coimbatore” he added.

Nawin briefed that during the journey, the participating young entrepreneurs will be exposed to one-on-one contacts and meet more than 150 experienced entrepreneurs in different cities. Young entrepreneurs can register for this start-up journey by visiting www.startuppayanam.in.
